At Top Your Nosh our mission is to produce and share small-batch specialty relishes that provide a delicious complement to your favorite dish!

Our story began back in the 90’s when our mother, Cyndi Broekemeier, started Red River Gourmet, a specialty relish and beer bread business in Grand Forks, North Dakota. She created four signature relishes and two beer bread recipes which she sold at holiday markets and even made a debut on QVC.
Unfortunately, a major flood in 1997 destroyed the business material and Cyndi never continued Red River Gourmet. She did, however, continue to make these cherished relishes for family and friends over the years.
In 2015, Cyndi and her family started talking about how cool it would be to start the business back up again. The following year, Cyndi passed away but the dream of continuing her relish legacy still held strong for her family and Top Your Nosh was born!
